B14 and B16 Coilover Suspensions to suit Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ

Uncompromising and sporting driving pleasure – that’s the main characteristics of the new Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ. Suspension specialist BILSTEIN provides an extra helping of performance with some very special ingredients for the Japanese fun sportster. The high-quality BILSTEIN B14 coilover suspension, which has been tested in motorsport, and the high-performance BILSTEIN B16 suspension with ten-stage damping force adjustment give the sports coupé even better roadholding.

With the BILSTEIN B14,  drivers can experience and enjoy even more dynamic and safer cornering. The mono-tube gas pressure technology of the coilover suspension improves tracking and braking stability. With a chassis lowering range of approximately 30 to 50 millimetres on the front and rear axles, there are hardly any limits to individuality. Even after they have been installed, additional height adjustment of up to 20 millimetres on both axles is still possible. The surface coating in Triple-C Technology®, spring cups and locking nuts made from a special aluminium alloy and quality sports springs made from a high-strength material make the suspension system extremely robust.

The BILSTEIN B16 high-performance suspension allows even more flexibility. Thanks to a ten-level damping force adjustment system which can be individually regulated after installation via an adjustment wheel in a parallel rebound and compression stage, the stable hold that this 200 HP Japanese speedster has on the road can be further maximized. The chassis lowering range of approximately 30 to 50 millimetres front and back supports sporty handling and creates a successful composition of precise driving dynamics and comfort. Just like the BILSTEIN B14, flexible adjustment of the vehicle height by up to 20 millimetres after installation is no problem with the BILSTEIN B16 either. The German TÜV certificate is enclosed with both suspensions.
